Easter Fun

Colten and Tabitha are ready for the Easter Egg Hunt at the Stanbury Park Club House on Saturday, April 7, 2012.

Tabitha was so excited to place eggs in her basket. But what's funny is she would walk past 10 eggs before picking one up. When she focused on the egg she wanted, there was no hope for other eggs along the way to be picked up. It was really cute.

After the Easter Egg Hunt, Tabitha just wanted to find the Easter bunny and say hello. She was sad every time we walked away or told her other children needed a turn to say hello.

The Tooele Fire Truck was at the event. Tabitha was able to get in the fire truck and explore it.

 

Tabitha was very excited to get her face painted. She specifically said that she wanted a butterfly.

Later that day, we went to Grandma Nina's house and did an Easter egg hunt there. We also rolled our Easter eggs down the hill. In the photo above, you can see Colten on top of the barn roof. He was up there securing the tin roof.
