We only had the pool out in the backyard a few times this summer, and when we did the girls just loved it, even though the water was a little cool and chilly. At first, we just had Abigail's toes in the water, but she loved to splash so much that she wanted to actually be in the pool with Tabitha.
We also had a summer swimming party with friends in the neighborhood. The kids started a water fight and had so much fun. It was funny to watch Tabitha try to pour water on other kids because half of her bucket of water would just hit the grass before some of it made it on the other kid. Abigail was content being held and watching the other children.
